Handling, storage and transportation of slewing bearings
1. Slewing bearings must be carefully loaded and unloaded.
2. Transportation and storage should be placed horizontally, and storage must be placed in a dry room.
3. Hoisting should be carried out with ring screws in a horizontal way. Do not collide, especially in the radial direction.
4. The outer surface of the slewing bearing is coated with antirust oil, and its antirust period is generally six months. For products with a storage period of more than six months, antirust packaging or other storage measures shall be taken again.

Installation tips for slewing bearings:
The installation and matching bracket is generally in a cylindrical structure, as shown in the following figure, with the cylindrical wall aligned with the center of the bearing ball track.

In order to prevent local overload of the slewing bearing and ensure its flexible operation, the installation bracket shall be treated to eliminate internal stress after all welding procedures, and the installation plane shall be machined, and its flatness (including angular deviation of horizontal plane) shall be controlled within a certain range.
