Installation tips for slewing bearings:
1. The size of the bolts used shall conform to the provisions of GB/T 5782- -2016 and GB/T 5783- -2016, and their strength grade shall not be lower than Grade 8.8 specified in GB/T 3098.1-2010, and the appropriate strength grade shall be selected according to the bearing force.
2. The size of the nut shall conform to the provisions of GB/T 6170- 2000 and GB/T 6175- -2000, and its mechanical properties shall conform to the provisions of GBT 3098.2- -2015.
3. The bolt tightening method shall ensure a certain pre-tightening force according to the regulations involved in the main engine. Unless otherwise specified, the general pre-tightening force shall be 0.7 times the yield limit of the bolt. Allow a little oil on the threads when tightening. See Table 3 for pre-tightening torque or pre-tightening force.
4. The size of the washer shall conform to GB/T 97.1-2002 and GB/T 97.2-2002 and shall be quenched and tempered at the same time. Spring washer shall not be used.
5. Bolt clamping length LK≥5d (bolt diameter).

Installation tips for slewing bearings:
The mounting bracket shall also have good rigidity. Under the maximum allowable load, the deflection deformation shall be controlled within the range specified in the following table.

The bolt hole of the mounting bracket shall be machined according to the intermediate precision of GB/T 5277- 1985 and aligned with the mounting hole of the slewing bearing.
