Fix the bearing in the special testing machine, raise the drop hammer with a certain weight to the designated height to fall freely, hit the outer wheel of the bearing, and raise the drop hammer height step by step until the bearing is damaged.
● Salt spray test of forklift mast bearing
Forklift mast bearings used on special occasions are usually coated with blackening, phosphating, electroplating, etc. A salt spray test is required to verify antirust ability. Place the bearing in a sealed salt spray testing machine, atomize a certain proportion of salt spray, and monitor the antirust ability of the surface layer at different times.
